Thomas Rosengren, Director of Extraction & Production at Flower One in Las Vegas, has more than 15 years of root cause analysis, product development, and engineering management experience, and is primarily responsible for the implementation of data-driven methodologies to improve quality and yield of extracted products at Flower One’s Nevada facilities. Successfully leveraging LEAN and Six-Sigma methodologies, Mr. Rosengren’s strategies reduce risk, waste and turnaround times, leading to improved life-cycle sustainability, quality, and margins across cultivation and extraction operations.
During Rosengren’s previous tenure as a Director of Engineering in the Aerospace and Defense sector, he authored and won multiple federally-funded BAA and SBIR/STTR proposals. He has served in both Principle Investigator and Project Manager capacities, with over $20 million of P&L responsibility to stakeholders inside the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and NASA. Rosengren holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Science & Process Engineering from California State University, Northridge and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
